Brooklyn-based freelance music and culture writer. I recently graduated with a master’s degree in journalism from New York University, in the magazine and digital storytelling concentration.
I’ve written for publications including Document Journal, Salon, Comstock’s magazine, the San Francisco Examiner, amNY and CalMatters.
I received my B.A. in journalism with a minor in sociology from Sacramento State, where I graduated with summa cum laude honors.
